We are seeking motivated recruiters to be part of our clients dedicated Recruitment Delivery team, you will ideally have 3 years + of IT recruitment experience.

The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver a successful recruitment model, achieve and exceed Service Levels whilst ensuring that a best in class service is delivered to their high-profile clients.

Role objective

As a Specialist Recruiter you will be working to fill all Contingent and Permanent vacancies Aligned to a vertical skill sets or industry sectors you will attract both passive and active candidates to build a specialist talent pool.

Responsibilities will include attraction campaigns across a wide rangeof job sites and networking forums, head hunting and proactivelymarketing your candidate talent pool.

Working with the Practice Leads and Client Managers you will support their solutions by proactively searching, selecting and profiling suitable candidates from the database to successful deliver in line with their SLAs and targets.

You will need to develop successful day to day working relationshipswith all key stakeholders, both internally and externally, whilst ensuring optimum levels of customer service and best practice at all times.

Duties andResponsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the customer base to effectively source suitable candidates.
• Build strong relationships with the Hiring Community,ensuring service excellence is delivered at all times.
• Consultatively qualify roles with hiring managers, advising of changes in candidate market whilst advising on hiring strategies.
• Screen and short-list CVs and manage interview process, ensuring timely, detailed feedback provided to candidatesand hiring managers.
• Create high quality adverts that will attract suitable and quality candidates.
• Network with existing contacts and applicants to generate further candidate referrals.
• Ensure strong candidate pools are maintained and proactively build talent pools for emerging vacancies/skills.
• Maintain system administration throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Ensuring each step is recorded to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Ensure that the candidate’s experience exceeds their expectations
when applying for a role
• Ensure that all direct candidates are kept fully up to date on the progress of their applications.
