Senior Client Account Manager

• Role: Senior Client Account Manager

• Salary: Up to £50k Basic £75k + OTE

• Ideal Candidates will have a strong business development background, preferably in either IT Recruitment or IT Sales

With your consultative sales approach and networking skills you will drive new business opportunities and expand existing services within the current client portfolio. The senior BDM will contribute and exceed business plan targets through opportunity identification, account growth through induction of new service lines and new business acquisition through prospecting techniques.


• Develop a strong understanding of client’s business objectives with the aim of maximising our sell of value added services, whilst providing a strategic approach on how we service all our clients and achievement of financial budgets across a portfolio of new and existing business.

• Driving stakeholder engagement across a portfolio of pre identified clients in conjunction with the account management teams.

• Map out, develop and cultivate key client management engagement at the right level.

About You:

• Demonstrable track record of selling a range of exclusive , project and managed service models within staffing industry

• Experience of managing the end to end sales process from initial scoping , solution design, bid preparation, presentations

• IT & Business change stakeholder mapping and relationship building

· Business to business outbound sales and account management experience

· Ability to build and improve long term professional relations with customers/contacts

· Persuasive and able to use a wide range of influencing, negotiation and selling skills effectively

· Great listening skills, able to decipher the client challenges and present an effective solution
