Enterprise Account Director

Position purpose

  • Responsible for generating sales revenues and sustaining Gross Margins from an assigned geographical territory through B2B Sales for our Enterprise Business Group. 
  • You will manage and drive new customer acquisition, develop client relationships and new growth for key clients in region. 
  • Support a growing, innovative and ambitious organisation in their short-, medium- and long-term plans to fulfil our ever-growing clients’ need for scalable and impactful learning solutions in an ever evolving and growing Workforce Development market. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition – Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline.
  • Client Development – Enhance existing business relationships to leverage additional opportunities.
  • Lead Conversion – Conversion of leads received from various internal marketing channels.
  • Territory & Client Strategy – Prepare short-term and long-term sales plan and sales strategies for both your specified territory and targeted clients.
  • Achieve/ Exceed Business Targets – Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with organizational objectives.
  • Deep Client Understanding – To understand customer requirement in the geography assigned and future product portfolio improvement based on past customer feedback.
  • Align Solutions – Ensure that all client problems and challenges are aligned to the solutions that Knowledge Hut provide. 

Key skills & Experience Required

  • Experience – Can bring a wealth of experience in successfully selling to stakeholders from an L&D, HR, IT and Procurement background. 
  • Network – Bring an existing contact network that can be leveraged to ease transition into the organisation and align to individual and business wide goals. 
  • C-Suite Engagement – Proven track record in selling to C-Suite stakeholders to win large value contracts. 
  • Career Focus – Ideally the candidate will be from a Learning Solutions, online learning, HRMS or EdTech background. We will also seriously consider candidates with strong IT Sales, Consulting and/or Managed Services experience.
  • Enterprise/ Strategic Focus – Will have prior experience in managing and growing Enterprise Accounts and have had held previous roles focused on strategic/ solutions sales. 
  • Approach – Will be a focused, methodical, dynamic, tenacious sales professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Qualities – Will have outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness, integrity and accountability. 
  • Formal Procurements – Experience in consistently being successful in responding to formal tenders, RFP’s and RFQ’s would also be preferential.
