What will you be doing?

The role will see you representing the client and positioning their market leading and unique talent proposition. All training on their offering will be provided.

You will be working on sales campaigns, following up on a blend of new and warmleads, discussing the benefits of their unique offering and supporting their customers talent demands

What we’re looking for:

· Business to business outbound sales and account management experience

· Ability to build and improve long term professional relations with customers/contacts

· Persuasive and able to use a wide range of influencing, negotiation and selling skills effectively

· Great listening skills, able to decipher the client challenges and present an effective solution

· Personable demeanor

· Hunter – Enjoys prospecting and finding new business

· Demonstratable history of being a high performer

· Resilience
